Seven Strong Affiliate Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Holly Hillyer Fitness LLC dba Seven Strong Affiliate Program you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).

Seven Strong reserves the right to update and change the T&Cs from
time to time without notice. Continued use of the Affiliate Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

We have the right to terminate an account for any reason we see fit at any time. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned following the violation.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

  • Basically, when sharing about the Seven Strong and Seven Strong products, please conduct yourself professionally and morally: 
    • Don't infringe on anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
    • Don't spam or otherwise inappropriately message/contact leads
    • Don't violate any law, rule, or regulation
    • Associated posts and messages may not contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful content
    • Don't create websites to resemble the Seven Strong site or brand
  • Posing referral/affiliate links to coupon or offer sites is forbidden

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE:
1. You must be in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
2. Posing affiliate links to coupon or offer sites is strictly forbidden.


ENROLLMENT:
We reserve the right to reject any application, however we encourage you to contact us if you feel we have made an incorrect decision.


SOCIAL MEDIA RESTRICTIONS:
Your participating social media platform must be in compliance with the following:

  1. Content may not infringe on our or any anyone else’s intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights. 
    • This includes, but is not limited to, sending friend requests to other participating affiliates and/or their clients/audience. You should ONLY be promoting to your own audience during the launch.
  2. Your participating accounts must be a public and a business or creator account if available.
  3. Accounts and content must not violate any law, rule or regulation.
  4. Content may not contain any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, harmful to minors, or contains nudity, pornography or sexually explicit materials.
  5. Content may not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.


WEBSITE RESTRICTIONS IF APPLICABLE:

Your participating website(s) may not:

  1. Infringe on our or any anyone else’s intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights.
  2. Violate any law, rule or regulation.
  3. Contain any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, harmful to minors, or contains nudity, pornography or sexually explicit materials.
  4. Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
  5. Contain software or use technology that attempts to intercept, divert or redirect Internet traffic to or from any other website, or that potentially enables the diversion of affiliate commissions from another website. This includes toolbars, browser plug-ins, extensions and add-ons.

 

LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE:

Your website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your website is our website or any part of our website including, without limitation, framing of our website in any manner.

You may not engage in cookie stuffing or include pop-ups, false or misleading links on your website. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring url information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating).

Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain from which the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is prohibited.

EMAIL:

If you intend to promote our Program via email campaigns, you must adhere to the following: Email must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the email is being sent on behalf of Seven Strong. Recipients must have explicitly opted-in to your email marketing list. You must be in compliance with all applicable anti-spam laws and include clear and easy to follow unsubscribe links.
COUPON GUIDELINES:

  1. You may not use a coupon or offer sites to promote our program unless given written consent by Seven Strong.
  2. You may not submit your affiliate code to any coupon sites.
  3. Any transaction coming from a coupon or offer site will be reversed unless previous approval was given.
  4. You may ONLY advertise coupon/discount codes that are provided exclusively to you through the affiliate program.


PAYMENTS:

All affiliate reporting is done the first full working week of each month for payments received by customers the previous month. In most cases, you can expect to receive your affiliate payment (less payment processing fees) by the Friday of that first full week of the month.

However, these dates may be extended when any of the following are applicable: a) we are in an active product launch cycle, b) there is a holiday or company shutdown during, or within a week of, the affiliate reporting period.

Payments will be made via PayPal to the account specified in your affiliate application. 


COMMISSIONS*

If you are US based and your commissions are to exceed $600 in a tax year, you will be required to submit a Form W-9 to continue receiving payments. You may submit your completed form at any time to affiliates at hollyhillyer.com. 

The Blueprint to Social Selling and other dedicated product launches

Commission rates, cookie window, and any additional bonuses, prizes, and/or terms will be specific to each launch and communicated to participating affiliates during those launch periods.

The Seven Strong Society

  • The Seven Strong Society referral program commission is 20% of full price payments made by new society members.
  • Uninterrupted membership subscription renewals are commissionable on a monthly recurring basis.
  • Reactivations and upgrades by returning/existing members outside of an active referral cookie window will not be attributed to any original referral source.

ATTRIBUTION

The cookie tracking window is active for 60 days from link click (unless otherwise specified in dedicated launch materials). So long as the customer completes their purchase from the same browser used to click your unique link, then the purchase should be attributed to your affiliate account. 

If you believe a purchase has not been properly attributed to your account, please contact affiliates at hollyhillyer.com with written consent and/or screenshots of written documentation specifically requested by the transferee, to have you associated with the sale. All transfer attribution requests will be subject to approval by Seven Strong at our sole discretion.

REVERSALS & DISPUTES

We reserve the right to reverse orders due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations as outlined in these T&Cs. We reserve the right to request you to substantiate or validate the source of your traffic to our program with clear and demonstrable proof and any failure to do so may result in commission cancellation/reversals and/or account termination.
